What is RowZone®?

The RowZone® workout is a unique blend of conventional rowing and full body toning exercises. Our upbeat classes will challenge your mind and body while giving you a workout that you will never forget. Trainers change up the routines in each class so your body won’t get bored and you will continue to see results. Besides burning 600-800 calories, the RowZone® workout is low impact so you can get all of the benefits of running, squatting, and lifting without the wear and tear on your body. With The Crew Effect, we have created a positive environment where everyone is trying to help each other succeed. Why RowZone?


The RowZone Method is a combination of cardio, weights, and flexibility designed to maximize weight loss and minimize health risks. In addition to interval training on the rowing machine, you will perform up to 125 RowZone approved exercises that are designed to workout every muscle in your body.


In order to be successful in your quest for an always improving fitness level you must set up short termand long term goals. This will help you stay focused and see immediate results, while always keeping your eye on the prize of a fitness level that has never before been attained. Why Rowing?

Each stroke on the rowing machine uses 23 muscles. The average RZ class contains about 650 strokes. That means during each class you will be contracting 23 muscles throughout your whole body 650 times. This is why Rowing is a fat and calorie burning phenomenon! This “Heart Healthy” exercise also helps lower unhealthy levels in your body such as blood pressure and cholesterol while toning your body like never before! Rowing is also a Low Impact workout, so if you have issues in your body, you will be able to get a great workout with no pain!
