Laura F

Laura is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with more than 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry. Laura is best known for her ability to develop and deliver highly effective and engaging workouts (for beginners to fitness addicts) that incorporate all the necessary elements for a great physical workout.  Laura provides workout programs that engage, motivate and empower clients; helping them to achieve a sense of well-being that will encompass the mental, physical and emotional.
In an article in the Best of Philly magazine (2009), William Rush wrote that Laura’s Power Pump Rowing Class was “the killer arm workout that we were hoping for, but the twists and turns Laura threw in with the basic strokes got our abs, too.” In the “Do it or Ditch It” portion of the article, Rush recommended, “Do it. Laura kicked our butts. The erg/mat workout was fun and kept us motivated throughout class, and three days later we were still feeling it.”
