Carol joins the RowZone Team as a Certified Fitness Instructor and has competed in many different types of competitions including triathlon, half marathon, Tough Mudder, Spartan and Crossfit competitions.
Carol believes that working out makes daily life more enjoyable and improves your quality of life. Carol looks forward to bringing that energy to her classes by making each and every workout interesting and challenging to keep you on track with your own health and wellness goals.
