Emily was introduced to RowZone by a friend and after taking 2 classes was hooked. Little did we know that a new trainer was in the making.
Emily rowed Division 1 at Bucknell and now takes any chance she can to get back out on the water. Emily finished her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Drexel and currently work as an outpatient physical therapist with a focus in sports medicine.
Emily enjoys helping people achieve their goals and believes exercise is as good for your mind as it is for your body. Emily looks forward to bringing her personal love of rowing and variety workouts to instruct fun and challenging classes!
