Kyle O

Kyle is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (go Huskies!) where he was a four-year member of the varsity rowing team, serving as stroke seat for his varsity boat. In everything he does, and especially when he’s on the erg, he strives to give 110%. Kyle brings that same intensity to his teaching and enjoys pushing people to realize their true strength and achieve their fitness goals. Off the erg, he enjoys running on the Schuylkill, boxing, lifting free weights and hiking whenever possible. Kyle looks forward to bringing his intensity and love of rowing and fitness to RowZone.

  • If you want to build muscle and lose fat with minimal impact on your bones & joints, then our RZ Signature Workout is for you.  Short rowing intervals are paired with body & weight exercises to challenge your resilience and strength.   Enjoy the benefits of running, squatting, and lifting without the wear and tear on your body!   The best part - no experience necessary.  Just be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to your first class.
